Exhibit HIGH DIVERSITY

2008-04-13

A travelling exhibit on Canada’s flora and fauna

Biologically, Canada is an astoundingly diverse place. An estimates 140 000 species of plants and animals live here, only half of which have been identified. This bilingual travelling exhibit spotlights ten exceptional faunal habitats that span the country and helps us to understand and appreciate the importance of biodiversity.

This exhibit highlights the diversity of the fauna and flora of ten ecological sites in Canada.
Guests can see over twenty mammals and twenty-five naturalized birds, as well as more than ten invertebrates.

An exhibit worth seeing!
